Conference Guidelines:

  • Conference registration fee includes access to conference presentations, access to poster areas, conference materials, exhibition, opening ceremony and Food & Beverages served during the Conference as per schedule.
  • Conference Fee does not include cost of Travel & Accommodation in any form
  • The event will be fully compliant with Indian Government health requirements. Our priority is to protect the health and safety of our attendees and participants are requested to carry out precautions such as wearing masks and hand sanitization etc.
  • The registration fee is non-refundable. However, change in nomination may be considered and organizing committee’s decision shall be final in this regard.

  • Students must carry their original student ID card along with a photocopy and produce the same at the time of Registration at the conference venue.

HIC/ LIC classification:
IWA operates a High / Low Income Country classification for its membership and registration fees. The HIC/LIC classification is based on country of residence and not on country of origin. Please CLICK HERE to go through the IWA Country Classification table to verify HIC/LIC status.
